TARIFFS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS We are currently not letting the cottage.
Number of people The maximum number of guests is 6
Bookings To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount must be paid within 14 days of your booking.
Payments The balance of the payment is before arrival.
Check-in / Check-out Check-in is after 3pm unless otherwise arranged. Check-out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations / Alterations of booking details If there is a cancellation, an administration fee of $50 may be charged. If there is a change of booking, after confirmation, a $50 fee may be charged
Cleaning and Linen All cleaning supplies, including vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops and cleaning agents are provided for guests. We ask that you please leave the cottage as you found it. Thank you
Unless requested, linen is not provided. The cost is $15.00 per person
Pets Because we are surrounded by Broadwater National Park, no pets are permitted, sorry.
The Tradewinds Park Pet Resort is located between Broadwater and Woodburn,
approximately 5 kms Broadwater, on the Pacific Highway.
